so like with the recent 1.5% drop in the interest rates , our mortgage is now the cheapest we ever had it in the 2,5 years of having a mortgage got a letter through yesterday from nationwide giving us our new monthly payment ...was like £114 less than lasts months and its also now £25 less than ....
